Health Fairs at Memorial Home Services

Join us at our retail locations to receive free health screenings for blood sugar, blood pressure, lung volumes, oxygen levels and safety checks for power and manual wheelchairs, as well as equipment demonstrations and discussions. Refreshments will be provided.
Each health fair will be held 9 a.m.– 3 p.m. on the following dates:
