Memorial Home Services provides home health, hospice, private duty and medical equipment services across a 19-county region in central Illinois. Home health services include skilled high-tech nursing, psychiatric nursing, home health aids, maternal-child program, specialized wound care and telehealth, nutritional services, private-duty services, social services and rehabilitation. Hospice services include pain and symptom management, bereavement care and volunteer services, as well as emotional and spiritual care for terminally ill patients and their families. The hospice program also has on-staff medical social workers, home health aids, a chaplain and dietary counseling. Memorial Home Services is one of the largest providers of home durable medical equipment products and services to residents in central Illinois. Retail stores are located in Springfield, Lincoln, Jacksonville and Taylorville. Products include medical equipment, wheelchairs, clinical respiratory equipment, medical supplies and home infusion therapy.
