Memorial Home Services provides home health, home hospice and home medical equipment services across an 18-county region in central Illinois. Our courteous and compassionate staff is available to serve all of your home medical and related home services needs. Whether your need is a wheelchair for a quick day trip, a nurse to assist you in recovering from surgery, or nursing care for an end-of-life illness, we have the home care service to meet your needs.
Through our home health program, individuals can receive assistance in recovering from injury, surgery or illness in the comfort of their own home. Our home health program provides home nursing care, home therapy services, advanced wound care, maternal child nursing, as well as telehealth home monitoring.
Our home hospice services are available to assist patients and families at end-of-life. We understand that this can be a difficult time for patients and families. Our services are provided in the comfort of your own home and focus on the management of pain and symptoms to enhance quality of life. Services provided through our home hospice program include skilled nursing, volunteer services, spiritual and emotional care, as well as bereavement services for after the passing of a loved one.
Memorial Home Services is also one of the largest providers of home medical equipment products and services to residents in central Illinois. Products and services include medical equipment and supplies, respiratory equipment/services, wheelchair and rehab technology, home infusion therapy, as well as repair and delivery service. We also have walk-in retail locations to serve customer needs. Retail stores are located in Springfield, Lincoln, Jacksonville and Taylorville.
